MY STORY
Nice to meet you, I'm Roxanne.
“For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11. This is the verse that I kept hearing in my head, over and over. This is the verse that I leaned on and kept close to my heart when I felt my world was crumbling.

I have been in education for close to 17 years. Throughout this time, I taught various grade levels and served as an Instructional Specialist, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Although extremely stressful and draining at times, I enjoyed what I was doing and had plans to continue my path of moving up the ladder. These were my plans, but God had other plans that were soon revealed in a series of life-changing events. After much prayer, consideration, and support from my husband, I took a huge step of faith. I walked away from the security of a job I enjoyed and a career path I had mapped out. Some people thought I was crazy, at times I thought I was crazy, but I did it and haven’t looked back since.

For the past 3 years, I have had the pleasure of working alongside teachers and leaders to provide positive and personal coaching experiences. I have had the opportunity to pray with and support others who are at a crossroads in their life. I absolutely love what I do and know I am right in the middle of God’s will, such a perfect place to be. These past few years haven’t been without its challenges and difficult moments, and I know the future is unknown, but I will continue to keep Jeremiah 29:11 close to my heart and walk in faith.
