Hi, I'm Roxanne
Nearly 4 years ago, after a few sudden and unexpected changes in my life, God placed a desire in my heart.
With faith as my foundation—and the unwavering support of my incredible husband—I walked away from a leadership position I truly loved and stepped into the unknown to start HYER EDUCATION from the ground up.
What began as a leap of faith has become a living testimony of God’s provision, grace, and perfect timing. Today, I have the incredible blessing of walking alongside others in their growth and purpose—through coaching, consulting, and encouragement.
I am truly living my dream—doing work I love, with people I admire, for a purpose that matters.
This journey is His, and I’m just grateful to be a vessel.

Parent and Student Support
My local tutoring services are customized to meet the specific needs of your child. Tutors are certified teachers who work collaboratively with the student, parent, and teacher throughout the entire process and deliver results. I work with parents to navigate the educational system to ensure their child is getting the support he or she needs in school. In-person and virtual sessions are available.
